Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the elicitation and documentation of product backlog goals with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, including customers, product management, product development and executive management teams
Communicate product backlog vision, goals and value with cross-functional partners, stakeholders and delivery teams
Own product backlog and execution strategy through prioritization, analysis, problem solving, solutioning and product delivery team structure
Maximize adaptiveness in support of higher value through empirical product development, consumer research, tracking and monitoring product performance, demonstrating value and continuous feedback loops
Lead forecasting and planning activities
Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to cross-functional partners, stakeholders and delivery teams
Create a servant leadership culture and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
