Description and Responsibilities
Position Description: This position will provide business analyst services for the ILM team and help them to liaison with Lines of Business to help develop and document processes for retention of data according to current bank policies, using the suite of tools available to the ILM team.
Candidate should have experience in Information and Records Management terms, tools and processes.
Excellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Must be a self-starter and detail oriented. Should be able to work independently after receiving direction from manager.
Experience with IBM Filenet, Stored IQ, ICC, IER, Optim a major plus.
