Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Product as an individual and a team of product managers, product development, engineers, designers, and data scientists delivering our clinical platform
Drive a multi-year clinical platform strategy and roadmap that puts our members first and leads the market in clinical outcomes and client reduction in medical and pharmacy costs
Ability to work well cross functionally with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, data scientists, digital product designers and technologists
Quickly develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues, especially in the chronic condition Product Lines, other Product Platform teams, Clinical Strategy, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Product Delivery
Develop solutions that balance member needs, business constraints, and technical considerations across different surfaces (mobile, web, device, human, etc.)

Experience in using metrics to optimize conversion funnels
