Description and Responsibilities
As a Technical Account Manager in Expert Labs customer success is critical to our mission in delivering value to IBM and our customers. Working collaboratively to build credibility and trust with customers and IBMers to meet customer deliverables requires a continuous cycle of analyzing information, communicating outcomes, and collaborating on solutions.
This position provides the opportunity to work as part of the Expert Labs organization where you gain critical problem resolution skills while working with a team of experts to help resolve complex software and integration problems for our worldwide customers.
This is a customer facing role that specializes in performing expertise-driven proactive guidance, consulting and troubleshooting to help clients achieve their business goals. You will analyze customer requirements and implement technical solutions on different projects using different IBM on-prem and cloud technologies. In addition, the role will have a strong focus on growing skills in Data Science to deliver on the IBM growth strategy and vision of guiding customers on the AI Journey.
