ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Manager / Senior Manager, Laboratory Partnerships will work hand-in-hand with Everlywell’s partner labs to scale operations, streamline workflows, and deliver a top notch experience for Everlywell customers. From onboarding new laboratories to driving lab process improvement and innovation, you will play a critical role in building the infrastructure to support Everlywell’s rapid growth.

What You’ll Do:

Drive the vetting, contracting, integration, training and onboarding of new partner laboratoriesManage partner laboratory relationships and performance, including defining and tracking performance metrics / KPIsBuild strong relationships with partner lab operations personnel and executive stakeholders; serve as the key point of contact for all partner lab communications and issue escalationsProactively identify and address lab partner risks, and ensure the prompt resolution of issuesCollaborate with clinical, compliance, and customer experience stakeholders to iterate on and improve partner laboratory processes / SOPs as they pertain to Everlywell samplesAdvise laboratories on best practices for managing consumer-initiated, at-home test kitsCollaborate with leadership, internal stakeholders, and partner labs to launch and scale new tests, enter new markets, and support new customer typesPartner with Customer Care to address customer experience issues and opportunities related to lab processingProvide feedback to Product on opportunities for digital and physical product improvements to streamline lab operations

 

Who You Are:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a CLIA and/or CAP-certified high-complexity laboratory, including personnel management.Deep understanding of laboratory operations, processes, and proceduresStrong technical skills and excellent troubleshooting abilityExperience with clinical test development/assay validationExperience managing partner/vendor relationships and performanceExceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to present and influence effectively at all levels of an organizationDetail-obsessed and process-oriented, with strong organizational skillsAn entrepreneurial self-starter that can dive in and operate with little or no supervisionPrior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment a plusBachelor’s degree required. MS or BS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical or biological science preferred.
