The senior buyer/vendor coordination will work closely with the lead buyer to support buying and site merchandising strategy through creating orders, vendor coordination, maintaining existing product and new product set up. As well as work with the Lead Buyer on reporting for forecasts and product lifecycle updates by category.  This role will manage all product setup through NetSuite, Duoplane, and Monopile to ensure the products are set up correctly and online for launches.


  • Support Lead Buyer by communicating with vendors on new and existing product, orders, and pricing/MOQ inquiries

  • Assist in developing and maintaining supplier relationships and new/existing Dropship vendor relationships

  • Create and update a vendor contact list

  • Manage and take ownership of ALL SKU creation for soft goods and hard goods

  • Manage and create profile set ups for t-shirts through vendors

  • Partner with Lead Buyer to identify new opportunities for Dropship vendors, guide new vendors through the onboarding process, and continuously monitor performance of all vendors

  • Manage set up of all new Dropship vendors through Duoplane/Shopify

  • Confirm inventory allocation by vendor to ensure syncing is correct to ensure there are no over sells for products

  • Update product information by SKU/vendor in Duoplane to ensure mapping syncs correctly for orders

  • Dropship vendor compliance to maintain a high level of fulfillment optimization

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with emphasis on forecasting to develop a monthly forecasting report by product category

  • Analyze monthly sales performance by product category with Lead Buyer

  • Review special promotion requests and provide inventory levels when requested

  • Review and manage any pricing updates

  • Review sales orders and quotes to prepare and submit purchase orders accordingly.

  • Verify all information needed (color, size, gender) are included prior to submitting order

  • Work closely with Accounting and Customer Service teams for pricing and product inquiries


  • 2 years experience in buying and working with OTB in retail

  • Experience in Netsuite creating SKU's

  • Analytical skills to help Lead Buyer pull sales reports and manage inventory levels

  • 2 years sourcing vendors domestically and/or overseas

  • Ablility to multitask

  • Organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills for vendor coordination
