As our Web Designer you will work closely with marketing strategists, writers, designers and analysts to design beautiful, user-friendly responsive marketing websites. You will be responsible for leading web design projects from concept to launch. You will use data, insights and testing to increase KPI’s on new and existing websites along with presenting concepts and new ideas to executive stakeholders. Your strong understanding of UI/UX principles will allow you to create stunning, functional websites that delight and exceed user expectations.
Own web design projects from concept to launch.
Develop, extend and implement consistent branding across our digital properties.
Iterate, test and improve current websites to increase key metrics and engagement.
Establish and maintain UI kits to be applied across multiple digital properties.
Collaborate with UX, marketing, video, engineering, and other teams.
Utilize data, analytics and user testing in making design decisions.
Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
Create and maintain a database of design assets.
Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
3-5 years of professional design experience with portfolio of strong web design work
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Experience working in an Agile environment
Motion animation experience
Email design experience
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pivot when needed, work independently, and execute at a high level
Must be organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
